Casa Suerte- The Lucky House is aptly named. When you stand out on the 520sq foot private deck overlooking the serene infinity swimming pool, out to the beautiful blue pacific, you'll understand why the word lucky made it into the name. It is often easy to spot passing humpback whales from here, and you will be sure to encounter an abundance of interesting wildlife, including our own community of placid howler monkeys, which never cease to fascinate and charm us all. Enjoy evening cocktails on the deck while watching a picture perfect Pacific coast sunset followed by a dinner cooked on the house’s 4-burner Charbroil BBQ. You can even purchase fresh fish and lobsters pulled straight from the sea by local fisherman down at our local beach! Casa Suerte interior comprises of cooling polished concrete floors, and beautifully detailed native hardwood features throughout. The house has and has been designed to allow natural airflow throughout constantly, making it a comfortable retreat after a day in the sun at one of the local surf beaches, many of which are in walking distance, or a short drive from the house. You can choose to indoors or out at Casa Suerte- the home has a beautiful screened covered eating space- with ample room for your group- maybe even your neighbours if you have made friends! Two generously proportioned bedrooms, each with en suite, and jungle views are the perfect spots to bed down for the night. The interior is fitted with a mix of architect-designed furniture, mixed with Nicaraguan antique pieces.In contrast to it’s natural setting the house is appointed with essential modern services, including a dedicated wi-fi service and PC, laptop, plus fully fitted kitchen and it’s own washer/dryer should you require it. Your stay is made comfortable by the onsite services that provide 24 hour security, maid and pool cleaning services.
