Casa Selva—The Jungle House in Balcones de Majagual is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/4 bathroom home. Boasting high ceilings, cool polished concrete floors, and a state of the art screen system. that allows for fresh air to flow through the home. Two large master bedrooms contain beautiful stone, en-suite bathrooms. Large storage spaces, and views of either the ocean or jungle complete each space. Eco-consciousness means we heat the water with sun via olar hot water system. Both bedrooms rooms are well appointed with fine linens, pillows and comfortable beds. Attention to detail is evident. Large Japanese style sliding doors, unique wood work, stone accents, art work and a fun decor give the home a serene and peaceful feel. Perfect for relaxation, honeymoons, or a place to rest after a long day of surfing.

Casa Selva provides you with the essential modern conveniences. Wi-fi available in the home and flat screen SmartTV to connect to Netflix or other streaming apps. Boundaries between indoors and outdoors blur when sliding walls in the living room open. Step onto to a large patio with ocean or jungle views.

We provide comfortable work space with desk for your use. This makes working from the home easy and stress free. A battery-backup system provides silent power for the house even during power outages. This allows you to work uninterrupted during these times.

The stocked kitchen has everything one would need to make a gourmet meal. Gas range, pots, pans, hand mixer, spices, large bowls, and dishes and cutlery for eight people. A coffee maker, french press, stove top espresso maker and coffee grinder are there. This allows you to enjoy your cup of world class Nicaraguan coffee whatever way you prefer. A propane BBQ is available for your use, as well as all the necessary BBQ equipment.

Located outside the home is the shared incredible 15 meter infinity pool. It boasts views of the jungle and ocean. Watch the sun set as you cool off from a warm day, or enjoy it from the deck. Either way, you will enjoy Casa Selva for your vacation
