Our newest home in Balcones de Majagual. This tropical master piece is a return to the original style that made the community iconic. Add to this all the tools you will need to prepare a delicious dinner. Casa Esperanza has been custom designed using green building concepts. Step outside to the massive, covered outdoor dining area. It is set right beside the private pool. Enjoy your meal outside anytime of the day. A stylish, indoor spacious common area has ample seating with a wide screen tv. Boundaries between indoors and outdoors blur . Sliding walls open between the kitchen and bedrooms. Step out to the green courtyard with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.
The house provides a perfect spot for relaxing after long days at the beach and surfing. There are ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool as well two outdoor covered porches. Bedrooms are complete with A/C units to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. This is open air living at it's finest. Only 10 minute drive down our private road to the best surfing and swimming beaches in Nicaragua. Playa Maderas and Playa Majagual. Nicaragua is known for beautiful beaches. If you want to explore them there could hardly be any place better than Balcones de Majagual and Casa Esperanza. The home offers secure, private parking for your car. Additionally there is location to park on the beach front below the community. Try life here in the slow lane for a week or two. Count the monkeys and parrots during breakfast.
